• 1986 - Present - Self-employed as a Certified Physician Reimbursement Consultant, providing the following consultative services to physician clients hospitals, imaging centers, and insurance carriers within the medical specialties of diagnostic and interventional radiology:

• Perform documentation/compliance audits
• Perform A/R audits to determine level of accuracy in CPT procedure coding and ICD-9-CM diagnosis coding & assure appropriate reimbursement
• Furnish out-sourced CPT and ICD-9-CM coding for professional component diagnostic & interventional radiology services
• Perform in-service presentations on CPT and ICD-9-CM coding
